Yes, in Superior Rooms, on 2nd and 5th floor.
- How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
There are 6 floors and a lift.
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Yes.
- Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
Superior Rooms are larger and have a terrace. The Club Room is quieter and is made up of alounge and a separateroom.
- Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
No.
- Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes.
- Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
There’s public parking near the hotel.
- Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
Yes.
- Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
Yes, WIFI (free).
- What languages are spoken in Reception?
French, English, Spanish and German.
- Where may I rent a car?
To rent a car, just ask at the reception desk, we will help you find one.
- How far away is the Eiffel Tower?
Only a 10-15 minute-walk.
- We are coming with 1 (or more) child (-ren), do you accept adding an extra bed in a double room? What are the other options?
We propose Superior Rooms equipped with a 3rd bed. There are available on demand with an extra charge of 30€/night and can accommodate maximum 3 persons (children or/and adults). We also offer our Family Room, recently refurbished, that can accommodate up to 4 persons (adults and/or children). We recommend making the booking the earlier possible given that we only have one Family Room. Children are paying from 2 years old, whatever the type of the room booked.
- What is the nearest metro station and how long does it take to get there?
Metro Latour Maubourg, line 8/RER C: Invalides.
- How much does a taxi from the airport cost?
Orly: 30-35 € // CDG: 50 €
- How can I cancel my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep these codes carefully as you will need them if you want to cancel. To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in «Rates and Bookings», click on «Track/Cancel Reservation», then just follow the procedure. You can use this system only if you have respected the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
